Brickwork

Brickwork is a major material in many types of construction.  It offers strength as well as aesthetic qualities.

Part of the strengthening process is the brickwork being used in conjunction with a steel product.  This steel product can be in the form of metal ties (galvanised or stainless steel), which helps lock the bricks together or tie it to an existing frame, giving strength to the structure.

Reinforcement bar is also a major material used with brick.  This can be used as reinforcement to the concrete pad or trench on which the brick structure will be laid. It can also be used as a major support particularly with the strength of the height structure. This is often achieved through the use of starter bars and reinforcement vertical and horizontal bars.
